Retuning

Having disconnected my box yesterday when I tune it back on it showing the date as 1 Jan 12:10 am and it won’t retune can anyone help please.

    Touch/press the On/Standby button for just over 8 seconds until the box reboots, and retune again.

    See if that fixes it.

    If not, please look in Settings/Broadband Connection and check if the box is connected to your router and the internet.

    If it is, and only if it is, carry out a Maintenance Mode Option 2, Keep Recordings, as here:-

    and retune again.
