You view box not working

My box is showing a red light but despite checking all connections nothing else is working

    Touch/press the On/Standby button for just over 8 seconds. 

    This should make it soft reboot.

    Come back if it doesn’t.

    Hi @simpole, how about trying the maintenance mode reset (option 2). Details can be found by typing maintenance mode at the top of this page in the search bar under help/support. All you then need to do is select instructions for your Youview model. The rewarding part is when you see your box working correctly again. You have done it yourself! Please let forum know how you get on/if you need more help. John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.
