    Hi @roy,
Interesting to read. Doesn't give you much confidence in the company. If it's being taken off Stock Exchange list, does this mean telephone helpline support is going to be overseas? Very worrying outlook.

Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

Customers were starting to be hit by above inflation increase emails yesterday too, even those on fixed price contracts that don't now seem to have been fixed price, even though emails stated this.
Now being shown in some places as fixed discounts!
Confused? So is everyone else. Their forum is getting a number of posts on it.
Here is MSEs take on it.  https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2021/03/talktalk-customers-to-be-hit-with-price-hikes-of-up-to-p36-yr---/

Hey @Stevef_fr8ys - If you think TalkTalks communications are bad you wanna try BTs. On second thoughts, no, you really don't.

There has been rumours in the past that Vodafone were going to try and buy it.
They would then become a quad play telecom supplier, phoneline, Broadband, mobile and TV.

That wasn't a rumour. TalkTalk have been actively looking for a buyer for years. They are in a bit of a mess. Still viable but not in their current state. Hence the look for a buyer.

As a Vodafone customer I’d consider the switch if they had quad play and could deliver a decent box to rival Sky Q.
basically aerial + satellite + internet with all apps and 4K HDR with enough tuners and multiscreen options
be it a YouView or better option.

A Q like box with a mix of YouView & Sky HD features, an amalgamation of the stuff Sky did wrong in 2015 and still refuse to put right. All of which are features in YouView & Sky HD.
