26/04/2021 My box will no longer play existing recordings or record any new ones
Hi David, Welcome to the Forum I've moved your post to its own thread as the one you posted on is a year old. Can you please confirm your box model and the manufacturers, component and platform configuration software versions it's running on? You can find these by going to Settings > Box Information and Software Information. It'd also be useful to know what happens when you try and play a recordings and if you get any error codes.
