had anyone else had their youview box stop working to day ?

    Hi @surwas , Welcome to the forum. 
    No, everything seems fine as usual. @surwaswhat is your problem with your box? What is it doing/or not doing? If box has started playing up or frozen up, have you tried doing a reset?
     . . .  (how do I do this I hear you call out) 8 seconds press power button and see if this solves problem. If still problems, then maintenance mode option 2 (top of page under help/support) type into search bar for "maintenance mode" & carefully follow full instructions.

    Hopefully given you some good tips so that you can enjoy watching your tv this weekend. Please let forum know if this has helped/if you need further help. John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.

    @surwas, is it now working? The tension is mounting . . . . Like watching a TVdrama, waiting to see what happened. John L

    Can you please let us know your YouVew box model along with the software versions it's running on? This can be found by going to Settings > Box Information and Software Information.
