All4 App not syncing

The All4 app is not syncing - it is not showing the same episodes that are available on my phone or iPad apps - ie Googlebox S18, E3 or The Great British Bake Off S5, E3.

    I have already tried a soft restart, signing out and in of the app, force closing the app, clearing the cache, doing the initial setup again.

    Having the same problem. No Taskmaster Series 12 Ep 3, and no new Married At First Sight Australia, but they are up on my Apple phone app.

    I'm having the same problem.  Various episodes are on my Laptop and phone but not on TV

    Hi all,
    There's an ongoing issue with Channel 4 at the moment which means that not all services are working as expected, these include issues such as content not being delivered to All4 to watch on demand. More information on this can be found here

    my catch up on my Sony Bravia TVs are not loading all the programmes, but on our JVC it loads them perfectly, can you help with this problem

    @jacqui64, please see the other comments in this thread.

    This is an issue eminating from channel 4 themselves, following a fire, so YouView are unable to help, nor are they responsible.

    It's causing many issues at the moment, so you may need to use the app that has the content you are looking for on other devices.
