The All4 app is not syncing - it is not showing the same episodes that are available on my phone or iPad apps - ie Googlebox S18, E3 or The Great British Bake Off S5, E3.

my catch up on my Sony Bravia TVs are not loading all the programmes, but on our JVC it loads them perfectly, can you help with this problem thanks Jacqui

This is an issue eminating from channel 4 themselves, following a fire, so YouView are unable to help, nor are they responsible.
It's causing many issues at the moment, so you may need to use the app that has the content you are looking for on other devices.
