Subtitles issue

I've noticed recently that some programmes are missing subbies. For instance, the film - 'Rocketman', no subbies available. First dates last week, again, no subbies. Are they not being recorded perhaps, or is there a setting I've messed with? They do appear on other shows.

    Can you let us know which channels this is happening with?

    @Sarah @Chris A. These are both on C4 and as per the link Sarah provided on the All 4 app thread, C4 are unable to provide subtitles at the moment due to the fire mentioned.
