Unable to access My4 through my talktalk you view box

I've just tried to access My4 & a message keeps coming up saying that there's been a problem connecting to My4 & to retry. However, this doesn't work. It was working fine up until today, is anyone else having issues?

There’s My5 and there’s All4, but no My4, alas, so which one is it?

There’s My5 and there’s All4, but My4 is a subset of All4; so, can you access All4, but not My4 within it, or can you not access All4 at all?

The internet service I have at present will not allow me to follow your link, as it is designed to block streaming services, and seems to be taking a rather broad-brush approach to this, but I should be able to look at it this weekend, or whenever I get in range of some decent 3G instead of EDGE, whichever is sooner 😢

Are you experiencing similar issues/errors on other apps on YouView or is it just the All4 app?

Shame you can’t do this on All4 on the TV itself 😢
