Hi all, 

Please feel free to discuss the latest BT Software Update 32.53.0 / 3.7.108 here. 

This is a maintenance update with no new features. This is a phased rollout so not all boxes will receive the update at the same time.

    I have a DTR- T4000 / 87B08500 retail BT Box made by Humax
    The update Yesterday from 32.53.0  3.7.76 took it to 32.115.0   3.7.112 this appears to be the latest Humax version.

    Has BT split Retail from Their own boxes?

    Hi @robin0800
    The T4000 isn't classed as a retail model as you can only get it via a subscription from BT (excluding 2nd hand sellers). Did you buy it recently?

    Is your box part of a trials group? When you check the software page in settings, it should say if it's part of a 'feedback' group if it is.

    No not Trials.
    Bought Three years ago and up to now has always updated to what BT says until yesterday.

    Did the box update yesterday or is that when it said it last checked for updates?

    Yes it updated yesterday after a maintenance 4 reset because it was failing to record certain programs last week.

    Hi Robin,
    Thanks for confirming. We started rolling this software out a few weeks ago however it's been paused for now and we've started rolling out a different version instead. We're not too sure why your box picked up the version we stopped rolling out however it's not an issue for your box to have that one instead of the one mentioned in this thread.

    22 November and we've just had this update in the last few days! Different colours on some of the menus and some slight changes in screen flows. The apps are laid out differently and some have gone.
    DTRT2110 BT Youview retail box.
