The picture coming from. The youview box appears to have shifted to the right, leaving a verticle line down the left which is actually the right hand side of the display. Hdmi has been swapped over and a factory reset has been performed with no success. Any ideas welcome

    Never seen this before, but someone might have the answer 
    Can you confirm your box model number, your ISP, and if you are in contract, as it may be best to consult them if so.
    When you say HDMI has been swapped over, is this the input to the TV or a new lead? If you haven't tried a different lead could you do so?

    Hi @DaleC90,
    Have you tried connecting another device (Blu-ray, Freeview box etc) to same HDMI input or maybe plugging the Youview box into either another HDMI input, another TV if you have one available, just to rule out if there is a fault with TV HDMI socket or relating to Youview box? Be interested to know what the problem is. It could be a software/hardware fault within TV.  John L
    Can't wait for the day when Youview get rid of the dreaded darkened banner when using fast forward/rewind recordings.
