  if you feel the issue was not exhausted there, it would be more courteous, and possibly more helpful to you, to please continue that thread, rather than starting a new thread for exactly the same thing?

  which suggests that taking the issue up with itv themselves might be more profitable for you.
  
  However, given the rollout of itvX, it is unlikely that itv will expend any further effort on itv Hub 😢

  @Cherie I suggest that you do contact ITV. They have a specialist email address for feedback and issues on Accessibility .

  I have contacted ITV.  They told me to set up youview box for subtitles.  This was already done.  I can get subtitles on BBC IPleyer, 4, 5 and UKTV on catchup-just not on ITV Hub.  Nobody is giving me answers!
