Good morning to you. If that's the case with regards support, that is very very unfair for customers. On the forums we are UNPAID volunteers/trialists who might have interest in technology, but there is a limit in how involved you get with queries. I know you get very detailed with your help Roy. I'm sure many are grateful for help, but don't realise the support background that exists.
I will help only so far with basic help, hence why I will STILL divert to Customer services & I will continue to. I may contact Sarah again to mention my thoughts. The pressure needs to be put on Youview for more help. I was made redundant many years back & if I was working full time, wouldn't have time answering Youview queries, still don't I work from home. If I was needing Youview help, I would want a good support team at Youview to help me. Have a good day + holiday break. John L
