I have model DN370T.02.04.P but have not yet got the update - or at least the return of the hide channel feature which is my only concern .Is update imminent ? Will it apply to my box ? Apologies if I'm on wrong thread - it can be confusing for a non techy person like myself !

Apparently they're working on it , Chris ....but won't give even a rough idea when it's going to be sorted . Like you say it's very poor .

Yes it was the hide channels I meant . Sorry for the confusion and thanks for comments . I'll just be glad when I don't have to scroll through zillions of channels on the guide !

About time the edit (favourites) channels was sorted . Any idea when it will be up and running ? Cheers .
