Hi guys, It appears that from yesterday there has been an issue with the CBS Drama programme schedule, and it has been appearing as 'no information available' since then. This has been raised with the channel provider to fix as soon possible. When we have confirmation this is fixed we'll let you know!

Hi Dave, I just wanted to check back with you what option you selected in Maintenance Mode for your box. Option 4 is Internet/ USB recovery, keep recordings. Was it definitely this option or was it a factory reset, keep recording?

Hi both, this is indeed a bug with the latest software which affects a subset of TVs and HDMI CEC handshake. A fix has been created which will be incorporated into the next software update.
