Thanks Sarah. Did a manual check for update on all 3 of my 2100 boxes and all worked fine. Keyboard on search is useful.

Do you know when this will be available for T2100? I'm on 32.36.0 / 3.6.154

So... I got home on the evening of the 5th Feb and the HD channels had gone off my Panasonic TV. Did a retune and they appeared. All good. Went onto one of my Youview 2100 boxes and the HD channels were still there. Decided I should retune anyway as…

I'm on Emley moor transmitter and noticed QuestHD has gone also, although I do have other channels from com8 so seems odd. Same on 3 tv's and 3 youview boxes. All 90% signal.

I fitted the attenuator just over 6 weeks ago. I set it so the signal strength was 90%. I had 3 boxes and it ranged from 88% to 91%. Before all had been 100%. Signal quality still 100%. So far not a single issue with channel los…

Interesting you mention a Plasma TV Sarah. I've been putting up with a similar issue with my remote (reasonably frequently seems to need 2 presses - I've just got used to it). I have 2 other boxes that are fine but when using the remotes from those …

I've just received my attenuator today so will fit tonight and let you know how it goes.

My other box with the issue has also lost channels again. You notice as its 101 to 105. Signal 98% quality 100% on this one. Channels shown available before retune 124. After retune 167.

I'm the same as you - where are you? I'm in West Bradford and quite high up.

I'm on Emley Moor. 100% And 100%. All 3 of my boxes are direct from aerial. One of the 2 that lost the channels before has just lost them again. Retune finds them again then Yorkshire region selected.

Exactly the same issue for me since the latest release. I have 3x 2100 boxes and 2 of them are suffering the same issue. Interestingly the one that isn't is the one that is registered for BT IP services (i.e BT Sport etc.)
