I, too have been having the same playback issues. Thankfully not too often. However, last night The Voice did not record until I went to the guide and pressed play, then recording began. Robin.

Strictly Come Dancing, BBC1 Scotland HD, 18.30 20/12/14 Signal Strength 41%, Signal Quality 100% Humax DTRT1000 Software version 20.9.0 Only that was recording 58% hard disk space left. Maybe the YouView techies can use this info. Robin.

Hello, My box appears to have picked the new update (10.4.0), however these numbers are different: Component Software: 1.3.4 - mine is 1.2.6 Platform configuration: 332 - mine is 312 ISP Configuration: 1 - mine is 27 I do not have the confirm deletion option, either. I have YouView via BT. Thanks.
