Hi @mikealanr, That's correct that YouView STBs don't support MHEG-IC, however the channels listed on our website are kept updated as they are available on Sony TVs with YouView. Thanks, Rohit

Hi @meyou2, Louise is currently off but we have been able to reproduce these failures on a Huawei device when both tuners are left on specific muxes. We've also fed this back to D3&4 who are continuing to investigate. Thanks again for your help with testing!

Thanks @zulu17. The subtitles setting should be persistent across live TV and supported apps. We can see the icon in our UI isn't reflecting that status correctly in some cases, but also ITVX isn't respecting the current status set on the box. We're looking into both of these.

Thanks both - we've raised this point with ITV as the toggle is not working as expected/as it did in ITV Hub.

@jimb that's also in ITV's control, and it's currently the same across all devices.

Hi @zulu17, Thanks for the feedback here and in other threads. Whilst we're happy for discussion to continue on this forum, I would suggest that you also raise these points directly with ITV. We don't have any control over the features within each app, nor any confirmed dates of when new features may be released.

Once hidden, they should be removed from the Guide and Visual Guide, but will still be accessible via the channel up/down buttons or by entering the channel…

Thanks @Chips2, that sounds significant and we will add it to our investigation. If you're willing to, could you see if a Maintenance Mode reset (keeping recordings) helps anything, if not a full factory reset? That's the closest thing to a replacement box that you could try to resolve the issue.

Hi all, we found some issues with the updated mobile site which Vanilla have now corrected. The theme should now be consistent across mobile and desktop with the flag feature also working. Thanks, Rohit

Hi all, that's right MHEG is not supported on the BT TV Box Pro so that difference in radio slates is expected I'm afraid.
