Hi Sarah 1. My ISP is BT (although the box I have is Humax retail one, not a BT branded box) 2. My Router is the BT Home Hub (Hub 6) 3. Component software is 3.6.190 (ea4e91); manufacturer's software is 32.44.10 Thanks for your help Mark
