• Probably 1000 Humax boxes for every pro box in use. Now that Humax have no connection with Youview it's boxes are slowly drifting into the wilderness.

• Have you tried watching without the aerial? The pro box can show channels over WiFi.

• Best bet is to go to the sky community and type in glass and stream board. Looking at it audio problems with sky glass are not uncommon.

• At £10 a month I see limited attraction. Unlike Sky Q you can't access recordings on your pro box through the mini box so it's just basically a streaming device, abelt a costly one.

• Check the back of the box..there's a simple on/off rocker switch. You might have accidentally knocked it by mistake. Also Check the fuse. Good luck.
