• Hi Sarah thank you for your reply. The message comes up on screen saying a programme is being recorded but on every occasion the recording fails. Nothing is being recorded. The TV and Netflix work so I don't think the aerial is faulty. I think there is a fault in the YouView box. How would I get a replacement? many thanks…
  • Hi Sarah It happens with every programme Im want to record on a variety of channels, mostly BBC1, dramas in the evening. It has been failing to record for several weeks now. Many thanks Shelagh
  • Hi Sarah Thanks very much for your reply and welcome My box is a Huawei Model DN372T I can set recordings but on checking My Recordings they all have the message "failed to record". I have done factory resets but that has not helped. Thanks Shelagh
