Failed recordings on Channel 11 since Sky Arts replaced Pick
I never had issues with failed recordings when channel 11 was Pick TV. I wasn’t pleased when 11 became Sky Arts because my signal for Pick TV’s new channel is too weak so lost that channel. @sophie Failed recordings normally mean a corrupted hard disc. If there are no strange sounds, this may be software only, but it does require a Factory Reset from the Settings menu. Hi Sarah, another thing I'd noticed in the past is that when you could delete a series linked recording before the end (which I now can't do), the youview box would think it was a failed recording and record it at another time if possible. e.g. I series link Neighbours (sad I know!), and if I'd watched it live then deleted… -

@CriminalsRunTheWorld Why don't you start off by getting TalkTalk to send you a new box? You'll get a DN372T, which is apparently more responsive than the 370 (I've never had a 370 so can't confirm), and you'll eliminate the box itself as the cause of the problems.
