no network connection

my youview box won't connect to the internet. Network status comes up as disconnected. I have tried re-setting all equipment etc. Error message is YVM102. Have tried all steps on this as well, but still no joy. Can anyone help please?

bit more information would be helpful

ie: which Youview box is it, who is your isp, how have you connected the box up? is it hardwired to router or are you using homeplugs
