No signal. error YVM302. solution anyone??????

my box has recently started giving me error YVM302 (no signal) was fine previously.

reset the box multiple times no change tried retuning I just get no channels found.

now im getting a little frustrated, I know its not my aerial because if I plug the same aerial directly into my tv it works fine.

So what gives.

Hi Adam. Sorry to hear that. If your TV does show live TV, but you've tried to re-tune your YouView box and don't get any channels it may be faulty.
