I was having trouble with the box - could not get it to work - in the end I unplugged all cables from the back of the box, re plugged - and all worked fine - I think in my case it was the Ethernet cable.

I have been told if you can't get computer / internet to work - unplug then plug back in

Yes, this solves about 95% of all YouView problems, or at least kicks the can down the road a bit.
