I am unable to view any box sets, and getting message "Check broadband, and view YVM102" Can you help

Hi Janette

YouView has a help topic on this, which I found by Googling for YVM102.
If you haven't already seen this and tried what it says, go to:-

and carry out the troubleshooting steps there. As you don't have a blue ring on your box, the step you need there is to turn off the box at the back, wait 30 secs, then turn it on again.

If that troubleshooting list does not work, I deduce from 'box sets' that you are a TalkTalk customer, so it's best to ring them. But try the list first, as TT have quite a backlog.

We've just phoned bt about this and they stated that the you view had been cancelled!!!! We never asked for it to be cancelled and they wanted a 35 pound re activation fee but would throw In a new set top box..... Usual bizarre customer service where something has got lost in translation or just poor customer service!!!! Days of restarting the box and troubleshooting !!!!! When the contract is up it won't be renewed....that is all
