I am unable to view any box sets, and getting message "Check broadband, and view YVM102" Can you help

Hi Janette

YouView has a help topic on this, which I found by Googling for YVM102.
If you haven't already seen this and tried what it says, go to:-

and carry out the troubleshooting steps there. As you don't have a blue ring on your box, the step you need there is to turn off the box at the back, wait 30 secs, then turn it on again.

If that troubleshooting list does not work, I deduce from 'box sets' that you are a TalkTalk customer, so it's best to ring them. But try the list first, as TT have quite a backlog.
